HAND PIECED!
A large variety of 1930's and feedsack fabrics
were used giving it a true "scrap bag" feel.
I quilted feathers in the muslin squares,
cross hatching in the solid green
and cheddar orange,
and cheddar orange,
and small meandering in the print sections.
This photo shows the quilt after a
mild machine washing and drying.
considering the quilt's age.
The backing and binding are 100% cotton muslin.
